Your messages are yours.
What we store
Your account identity (name and email from Google sign-in), your sending domains and their verification state, message metadata and content needed to render your conversations, and per-month usage counters. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell data, build advertising profiles, or scan message content for anything other than routing and threading. Your recipients are yours.
Message content
Messages are retained so your conversation history works. Deleting a conversation removes its content from the active store. Suppression entries (hard bounces, spam complaints) are kept to protect deliverability.
Subprocessors
Amazon Web Services (email delivery and event queues) and Cloudflare (inbound message routing). Each receives only what it needs to move your messages.
