Short, honest terms.
The service
Sharkmail sends and receives email on your behalf through your account. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a lawful basis to contact your recipients.
Acceptable use
No spam, no purchased lists, no deceptive senders or subject lines, nothing unlawful. Hard bounces and spam complaints suppress recipients automatically; accounts that generate sustained abuse are suspended to protect shared deliverability.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly. Overage is metered per message at the published rate. Prices shown before billing launches are placeholders and will be confirmed at checkout.
Availability
The service is provided as-is during launch, without an SLA. We publish incidents honestly and design for graceful degradation — inbound falls back to durable storage when push delivery is briefly unavailable.
Termination
You can leave at any time; export your data first via support. We can suspend accounts violating these terms, with notice where practical.
